Kate utilizes an exclusive high-end marketing tool for her sellers called Green Prints (TM) in which cross-sectional architectural renderings are created of the home which point out important features and attributes of the home.
Things such as a new roof, new foundation, type of kitchen counter-tops, etc. are written in small boxes next to the rendering with a line connecting to the corresponding part of the home that the information box is referring to. If the features of the home are "green" then the corresponding box is green, if the features are standard upgrades or general information about the home that is not necessarily green, then the box is black.
You do not have to have any green features at all in order to utilize this service, however there may be green features of your home that you maybe didn't realize were green, i.e. close to public transportation & shopping or a small home (less than 1500 SF) are both examples of green features.
Green Prints (TM) ensure that potential buyers are quickly and effortlessly educated on the home and it's special or noteworthy features and details. No reading paragraphs full of fluff... just the facts as clear and concise as possible for a quick and easy way to educate buyers on the value of the home.
These renderings are created by a local Alameda architectural firm, Struthers Dias Architects.
